  • Binding errors

    Hi,

What are the instances when we would get a runtime error like this in spring MVC?

Neither BindingResult nor plain target object for bean name 'command' available as request attribute.

    Thanks.

How are you creating your command object and passing it to the form? Using the formBackingObject method of SimpleFormController?

      binding errors

Thanks for your reply. Yes I am using the formBackingObject method of SimpleFormController. On my jsp, I am also using <spring:bind>.
Since I am new to spring, I am not sure what I am missing.
      Thanks for your help.
