  • Moving From Windows Tomcat 5.0.28 to Linux Tomcat 5.0.28

I have written my Spring web app in windows and deployed using Tomcat 5.0.28. I then moved the application war file to a linux enviroment also running Tomcat 5.0.28 and they are configured identically. When I call any page I get:

    /error/HTTP_NOT_FOUND.html.var.

I know that the context is working because it is hitting my index.jsp file. I also had Tomcat errors havinf to do with AOP and then the database login. I fixed those and now I just get the NOt FOUND error and nothing in any of the log files.

I have all of my JSP's placed in the WEB-INF/jsp folder. I am using Tiles and have the all paths to the jsp referenced as /WEB-INF/myfile.jsp.

Is it a possibility that the relative paths are incorrect for the linux environment.

    I would appreciate any insight.

    Thanks,

    Steve

I am running fine w/ Tomcat on Linux. Are you running behind an httpd instance? - if so make sure the URL's are mapped so they are processed by Tomcat. Other than that - all I can think of is check your server logs and look for more information.
