  • spring namespace and others

    Hello, I am new to spring and hoping to get an answer for this. I've been looking at alot of the examples, and can't find any documentations to explain this. All the examples that's i've looked at, it just have it without explaining what it is.

    The url properties that exist in tags such as <beans> or <web-app>. What significants does it carry? Will it affect my web app if I leave those out?

    Also, the <@taglib tag, does this reference a jar file?
