  • Namespace issue in WSDL

    Hi,
I had to change the default namespace of a service to conform to my company's naming standards. Now when I use the DynamicWsdl11Definition with the XsdBasedSoap11Wsdl4jDefinitionBuilder as the builder, and the targetNamespace of urn:B2C:Customer:PAP:ActivityStatementRequest_v1.0 , I get the following exception when I attempt to access the wsdl from a browser:

    Code:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Element or attribute do not match QName production: QName::=(NCName':')?NCName.
I used to use http://www.woolworths.com.au/schema/pap and it worked OK.

Are there certain characters that can't be used?
    Thanks
    Alan

A namespace is a URI. The java.net.URI javadoc has a pretty good explanation as to what a valid URI is: http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/...a/net/URI.html
