  • Spring and axis2

    Hi,

first of all I'd like to say that I'm german so excuse my english.
I'm new to Spring and axis2 and have a problem with a webapp I developed and deployed as an axis2 service running in tomcat webserver. I followed the Spring inside aar guide from axis2. Everything I configured in springs applicationContext.xml works fine except the two logging aspects I configured via spring aop. The <aop:config> region in the application context doesn't seem to be loaded as far as I can evaluate it.

I don't even know, if it's a spring or axis2 problem so if anyone around here has some experiences and can help me (simple english or german answers preferred ) I'd appreciate that.

      hi p-chan,

I recently deployed an aar file with a spring context inside. I also ran into problems loading the spring context with the ServiceLifeCycle interface from axis. My problem was that some classes could not be found. After I added all my required jar files to the AXIS2_HOME/lib/ directory, everything worked.
