  • Adding SOAPAction header to WebServiceGatewaySupport Impl

    Hi,

I'm trying some tests using a modification of spring-ws echo client contained in the samples. I am trying to send a different SOAP Envelope to a different web service. However, the web service requires that the SOAPAction HTTP header be present in the request (a blank, "", is fine). I'm not seeing how I can add an HTTP Header using this method? Has anyone been able to do this? If not, I'll have to resort to the SAAJ method of invoking the web service (which is a little more complicated).

    Thanks,

    jeff

You can create a WebServiceMessageCallback to set the SOAPAction on the request message. In the current snapshot, there is a SoapActionCallback which does this for you.
