  • No endpoint can be found for request

    All,

    I'm trying to write a server side unit test using MockWebServiceClient.

    Here are a couple of snippets of the code:

    @Before
    public void setup() throws Exception {
    wsMockClient = MockWebServiceClient.createClient(applicationConte xt);
    }

    wsMockClient.sendRequest(RequestCreators.withPaylo ad(request))
    .andExpect(ResponseMatchers.payload(response));

    My issue, as described in the log is:

    WARN EndpointNotFound - No endpoint mapping found for [SaajSoapMessage...

    ERROR MockWebServiceClient - Could not send request
    org.springframework.ws.NoEndpointFoundException: No endpoint can be found for request [SaajSoapMessage

    At this point I am thinking that I have a serious misconfiguration in my applicationContext.

    However, I'm not sure where to look for it.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    TIA

    Turns out the solution was to set the defaultEndpoint in the PayloadRootAnnotationMethodEndpointMapping in my applicationContext.xml file.
