    Dear Spring community,

    I'm pleased to announce that Spring Web Services 2.0.4.RELEASE has been released!

    This is the latest minor release in the 2.0 release cycle. It contains mostly bug fixes, and minor enhancements.

    Please see the changelog for more details.

      Hi Arjen,

      I am trying to build my project suing spring-ws.2.0.4 it doesn't build because of missing

      below artifacts.

      com.sun.xml.wsit:xws-security:jar:1.3.1

      com.sun.xml.wsit:wsit-rt:jar:1.1

      Also , Can I use spring 3.1 with this release?

        The wsit jars are available on the JBoss repo, as can be seen in security/pom.xml:

        Code:
        <repository>
            <id>jboss.repository.releases.public</id>
            <name>JBoss Repo Public</name>
            <url>http://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/public-jboss</url>
        </repository>
        I just removed them from my local repo, and re-downloaded them again, and everything works for me. Not sure why it doesn't for you, though.

        And yes: Spring-WS should work with Spring 3.1.

          You are probably behind an enterprise repository manager and using
          "mirrors" section in your local settings.xml file. You either have to add the
          jboss repo to your repository manager or add an exclusion clause to the "mirrorOf" setting,
          as shown below.

          (This is just for or the record, since I arrived here by google.)

          Kristian

          <mirrors>
          <mirror>
          ....
          <mirrorOf>external:*,!jboss.repository.releases.pu blic</mirrorOf>
          </mirror>
          </mirrors>
