  • Spring Web Flow Editor in Spring IDE

    Hi folks.
I've been reading Erwin Vervaet's superb book Working with Spring Web Flow.
There is a section where he talks about adding a Spring Project Nature to a project to make Eclipse more useful with Spring.
He talks about configuring artifacts as Spring bean/Web flow configurations, then goes on to show an image of hello-flow.xml.
It shows a pallette/toolbar on RHS with options like Marquee, Transition Render Actions, Entry Actions Exit Actions....
    Has the IDE changed?
The best I've been able to do is bring up property editors for Flow or View State.
Or am I missing something here?

    hi, yes you miss sth

Spring IDE Ships a Web Flow Support :cool

udate to the newest version, open project explorer an add spring project nature to your app. Now you should have the "Spring Elements" Leaf in your Project Explorer. Open the Properties of the "Spring Elements" Leaf and point in the Web Flow Support Leaf of the Spring root to your Web Flow configuration like hello-flow.xml... Now you should be able to choose "Open Graphical Editor" from the context menu of your hello-flow configuration file if you installed Spring IDE correctly.

    greetings
