some of the annotations are already supported: e.g. support for component-scan and corresponding annotations is supported since version 2.0.1. Furthermore we do support the @Required annotation.
But I guess you are referring to the @Autowired and @Qualifier annotations that have been added to 2.5. There are plans to support autowiring and as such the @Autowired annotation in the Beans Graph to visualize bean dependencies.
There is some brainstorming going on on how Spring IDE could leverage the stereotype annotations (@Service, @Controller ....) to classify your beans. E.g. layering the Beans Graph according to the stereotype information would be one option.
