  • STS+ Axis2 does not create/deploy .aar

I'm using STS 2.9.0M1 with Axis2 1.6.1, Spring 3.1.0 and Tomcat 7.0. When I deploy the web service I develop the .aar file is not deployed. I'm getting a handful of java.lang.ClassNotFoundException for Spring, Axis and other packages I'm using. I would have expected them to be included in .aar but it is not generated. How do I solve this problem? TIA

    Hi!

I am not an expert about Axis2, but did you check the project property settings for the deployment assembly? And did you check back with the webtools project at Eclipse? I guess that is the origin of the Axis2 support in Eclipse and they might be better experts on this topic. Just an idea...

I followed some instructions of setting up Axis project. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll check with Eclipse webtools
