The CAS and PreAuth sample applications require a little additional setup to run in STS. I have posted another blog that explains how to run each of them.

        build path issues

        Hi Rob,

I have been following you explanation to run the spring security samples but I have an issue with the a reference to the none existing paths /core/build/classes and/or /core/build/resources in most of the projects.

I have done one thing differently though in my sequence, in stead of running ./gradlew eclipse i have run:
        1. ./gradlew
Then noticed I needed to run ./gradlew eclipse in order to import eclipse project
        2. ./gradlew eclipse
==> build path issues as described above so I tried
        3. ./gradlew cleanEclipse eclipse
==> still having the same build path issues

        Summary:
The referenced paths to the core spring project that don' exists:
        - /core/build/classes
        - /core/build/resources

When I look in the directory structure I find following paths
        - /core/bin
        - /core/src/main/resources
        - /core/src/test/resources

I could probably reference to these paths in the other projects, but I don't think that should be necessary.
Just wondering what I could have done wrong. I have experience with ant, but I am rather new to the gradle thing.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this.
In the mean time I'll try to re install from zero and now immediatly use ./gradlew eclipse since that is the only thing I can see i've done differently.

... quick update, i have redone the steps using ./gradlew eclipse right away but same issues with build path ...

        Regards,

        Ruben

Your IDE has probably got a cached version of the schema (headers was recently added)
