  • <c:redirect> problem on Tomcat

We are developing an J2EE application using Spring (2.0.6), Hibernate, Acegi (1.0.5). As a developing tool, we use JDeveloper from Oracle. Aplication runs there in OC4J container. So far everything was OK. Now we tried to deploy our aplication to Tomcat (ver. 6). We encountered strange problem - redirection (JSTL tag <c:redirect> or <jsp:forward>) stopped to work. It behaves as if the tag wasn't there at all. So we tried to deploy smallest J2EE Spring application possible (no Acegi) and everything was OK. So the first suspect seems to be Acegi.

Does anybody have some similar experiences with deploying Spring applications (especially with Acegi) on Tomcat ? Thanks.

No, there shouldn't be any problem with redirects or forwards - lots of people use the sucessfully on Tomcat and the framework shouldn't affect your JSP behaviour at all.
