  • XML namespaces in FunctionalConfiguration

    Hi folks,

    I'm working toward integrating Spring Scala and camel-spring-amqp into a Play! app. Unfortunately, it's not entirely clear how I might use the FunctionalConfiguration trait for declaring XML namespaces when creating rabbitmq beans:

    [[[
    <bean id="messageConverter" class="amqp.spring.converter.XStreamConverter"/>
    <rabbit:connection-factory id="connectionFactory"/>
    <rabbit:template id="amqpTemplate" connection-factory="connectionFactory" message-converter="messageConverter"/>
    <rabbit:admin connection-factory="connectionFactory"/>
    ]]]

    While I realize that I can just use XML, I'd like to use the FunctionalConfiguration so I can hook into the application.conf properties.

    Does FunctionalConfiguration support XML namespaces? I'm Grails I can simply declare the namespace using the Groovy DSL. If its not currently possible, are there any pointers to how I might extend to add support?

    Cheers,

    Rowland
