  • Help: MySQL driver not found/installing

A week or two ago I had no issues going from a fresh JDK install to using Roo with my local MySQL database. However, this time, after I set up JPA and attempt to reverse engineer I get this message:

addon search --requiresDescription "#jdbcdriver,driverclass:com.mysql.jdbc.Driver" found no matches
JDBC driver not available for 'com.mysql.jdbc.Driver'
If it's relevant, I also have "no URLs set" when I run "osgi obr url list"

EDIT: To be clear, "a week or two ago" was on a different machine and I'm now on a fresh install of both the JDK and Roo. I'm on Roo 1.2.2 and Oracle JDK 1.7.0_04

Same exact error message here. I installed Version: 2.9.2.RELEASE
Build Id: 201205071000. What is odd is that the "hint" prompt described here in this forum is not shown after any of the database commands.
