  • How to manage ActiveMQ using SPRINGSOURCE APPLICATION MANAGEMENT SUITE (AMS)

We have some monitoring requirements of ActiveMQ. But the built-in JMX support from ActiveMQ comes in short of Notification and Alert. The SpringSource AMS looks promising as a monitoring platform for Spring applications. But I am not sure how ActiveMQ uses Spring internally. And is it possible to use AMS for ActiveMQ? If so, how?

For evaluation purpose, I would appreciate very much if anyone is using AMS for ActiveMQ could briefly introduce what AMS monitors ActiveMQ. Thanks a lot.

We have just released AMS 2.0 RC1, which now includes a plugin for managing ActiveMQ. Please visit http://www.springsource.com/products/suite/ams to download an evaluation copy.

Specific information on the services/metrics/control operations available for ActiveMQ can be found at https://www.covalent.net/resource/do...0ActiveMQ.html.

    Thanks,
    Jennifer

        Hi

I am also trying to monitor my FuseMQ but in vain. The url's provided above are not leading to anywhere. Can you please suggest how the activemq can be configured?
