  • Auto-startup for outbound adapter

I would like to send messages from Topic (T1) on a server (S1) to another Topic (T2) on server (S2). (a bridge in other word)

    So i use a jms:message-driven-channel-adapter to consume T1 and a jms:outbound-channel-adapter to publish T2

My webbapp is deployed on S1.

If S2 is down and i start S1, my webapp is not deployed because of beans want to be instanciated (JndiTemplate associated to jms:outbound-channel-adapter returns an error because S2 is down)

So i use lazy-init attribute to all beans and for jms:outbound-channel-adapter i use auto-startup=false

I would like my webapp to be deployed event if S2 is down

    Questions:
1] Event if i set auto-startup=false, i have the same error (jms:outbound-channel-adapter wants to be instanciate at startup). Why ?

2] Is auto-startup attribute the right way to do that ?

    Thanks
