  • FileReadingMessageSource for timestamped directory name

    Hello,
i am currently trying Spring Integration, to scan for a logfile, and apply custom logic, line by line (sort of tail -f).

I have tried to use a FileReadingMessageSource, which is fine.
The problem im facing is that the software which creates that File uses a timestamp to create and name the Directory.

Is there a way to define a ant type pattern for the Directory to scan ?
Ive had a look at core spring Resource, but ant type pattern seems only available for Classpath Resources ?

    Thanks your help!

The FileReadingMessageSource comes with filename matching _within_ the directory. The feature you're looking for is not there. It seems reasonable enough to allow you to at least extend the framework to be able to do this, so please create an issue for it.
