  • Spring Data Mongo versions

For most of the Spring Data modules, it is pretty quick to figure out what is the latest version.

But for Spring Data Mongo is it a little bit different. It is easy if you take the version in the maven dependency example on the project home page. But, then when you look at other places it gets confusing. Which one is it?

And anyone know if the github project with checking the versions of using multiple Spring Data projects together has been updated?

    Thanks

We tend to release trains of modules tested to work in combination of each other. The latest official release is Arora [0]. We have a service release for Arora [1] pending to be announced in the next couple of days and already updated the websites etc. That's probably the reason you see different "latest versions" listed.

Thanks Oliver. I have seen Twitter announcements on release trains, I thought it was just a metaphor in the tweets that there is a bunch of new released of Spring stuff. Not that it was specific to Spring Data and that the train is all about releases as well as which version play nicely with each other.

It does make it so much easier and nicer than when I starred the spring-data-multistore-test project in github and had to keep looking at the config.

      Thanks
