  • Odd Maven dependency not downloaded.

It actually works locally on my Mac, but on a Centos vm, it doesn't

    Code:
    Missing:
    ----------
    1) org.springframework:spring-orm:jar:3.2.0.M1

Try downloading the file manually from the project website.

Then, install it using the command:
          mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=org.springframework -DartifactId=spring-orm -Dversion=3.2.0.M1 -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file

Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the file there:
          mvn deploy:deploy-file -DgroupId=org.springframework -DartifactId=spring-orm -Dversion=3.2.0.M1 -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file -Durl=[url] -DrepositoryId=[id]

      Path to dependency:
      	1) net.hdpoker:testing:war:0.1.0
      	2) org.springframework.data:spring-data-neo4j:jar:2.1.0.RC1
      	3) org.springframework:spring-orm:jar:3.2.0.M1

    ----------
    1 required artifact is missing.
Any ideas what might be at issue?

    Thanks

    Mark,

We have been having some build issues. Perhaps
    Code:
    mvn -U clean install
    might help?

Thanks Lasse. I ended up just downloading the file from the maven repo and mv it to the correct .m2 directory on that machine that is doing our builds with Bamboo.
