  • Spring Data Graph: Problems with persisting data

    Hi,

I created a test project with SDG 1.1.0, but for some reason relations dont get persisted. Maybe someone can take look at it:

    https://github.com/dozed/neo4j-test/.../PageTest.java

The first 2 tests pass, the last one fails.

    Regards,
    Stefan

After adding inheritance to the entities the relations dont get persisted again. So still the same problem.

      This test case fails: https://github.com/dozed/neo4j-test/.../PageTest.java

When removing the @NodeEntity from the super-type, the relations are persisted and also loaded correctly. That also means, that no property in the super-type can be @Indexed, because the super-type is no longer a @NodeEntity. This is a bit unconvenient.

The annotation/field lookup code needs to be adjusted, this is also related to https://jira.springsource.org/browse/DATAGRAPH-98. A workaround is here to move the relations up to the super-type, or remove the @NodeEntity from the super-type.
