  • What would be the best way to implement a cache?

Spring data hasn't an implemented cache. Doesn't it?

So, what would be the best way to create a cache?

I'm thinking about a simple AOP over repository methods that returns from and store object instances into a hashmap. It would be just for 2 or 3 types and about 10 distinct istances per type and session.

Is there any framework well integrated with Spring and usable for Spring-data.

    Thank you.

I suggest checking spring 3.1 cache abstraction...
