I have writed a web application, with it I can insert, list,Delete and Update
the entry of LDAP and I used Spring-Ldap-Framework for Implement this application.when I insert one user I set for that uid and userPassword and I encod it with SSHA manually.but when I want to login LDAP with this uid and Password that I created with my application Ldap alert this error:

    Error opening connection:
[LDAP: error code 49 - Invalid Credentials

what is the problem?I can't understand the problem.

    and :

    base DN is: ou=People,dc=irisa,dc=com

    User DN: uid=m.maz,ou=People,dc=irisa,dc=com

    password: 1234
this is the password that I entered for this user when I insert that.

and this uid exists in ldap in: ou=People,dc=irisa,dc=com

You should not encode the password manually before you send the entry to the server. The server will encode the password for you, depending on what storage scheme has been set on the directory server. As an example of storage schemes, see this blog entry about the Sun Directory Server.
