  • How to integrate Petclinic into Eclipse IDE

I am new to Spring environment with no background of Ant, Maven. I am trying to learn Spring by integrating Petclinic into J2EE Eclipse ganymede. I have downloded the Petclinic Project files using tortoise SVN from this location "https://anonsvn.springframework.org/svn/spring-samples/" into folder namely "PetClinic_SourceFiles" in my local disk.

For past of couple days I am struggling in integrating Petclinic Project files in Eclipse as mentioned in this thread http://forum.springsource.org/showthread.php?t=80678

This is what I have done so far
    1) I created a "Dynamic web project" in Eclipse

    2) Then I created a package under the src folder namely "org.springframework.samples.petclinic" (this is the name used in the source files)

    3) Then I copied the Project files from this location in my local hard disk
    "PetClinic_SourceFiles\petclinic\trunk\src\main\ja va\org\springframework\samples\petclinic" to the package "org.springframework.samples.petclinic".

    4) As a next step, I searched for the jar files and I did not find any in the Project files

Can someone tell me whether I am doing the right thing? If so what are the other steps I need to do so that I can Pet clinic Project up and running.

Attachment: Screen shot of the Project Files that I copied into Eclipse IDE and Eclipse IDE.
