  • Global application level is singleton and i want to create a custom class "Prototype"

    Hi All,

In my current project, the Global scope of my entire applictaion is Singleton.
For one of the class registered in my spring application context i want to change its scope to prototype.
    Can i achieve this??

Just to throw more light on my problem.

I have a Facade class registered in my application context with scope "SIngleton".
this Facade refers to a custom class "Convertor" which is also registered in my application context with scope "Prototype".

My Custom Convertor class has few properties so i want to make this class Thread safe.

Even if i have made this class prototype but still this class is not behaving as thread safe.

    Am i missing something??

Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Regards,
    Mehak
