  • JMX and persisting bean properties

If bean properties are modified using JMX how should these new properties bee persisted?

Is there a standard way to do that?

    Thanks,
    Marius

    Marius,

JMX itself supports basic persistence (see the ManagedAttribute and ManagedOperation annotations). However, this scheme is quite basic and is not suitable for use in high volume apps. In forthcoming versions of Spring we will provide our own support for persisting bean values.

      Thanks again Rob.

I will check the ManagedAttribute/ManagedOperation schema.

Looking forward for the next version of Spring. Persisting bean properties sounds excellent.
