  • setting a Map property with PropertyPlaceholderConfigurer

    Hi,
How can I set a map or a list in a configuration file and pass it to application context.xml?
I've gone through so many sites, I know how to use PropertyPlaceHolderConfigurer and how to set simple string properties. I am interested in knowing how to set a Map property, I've searched enough and I couldn't find a way to do it.

    Thanks,
    Chandana

Thanks for the link. I couldn't find a link to DefaulListableBeanFactory Test suite mentioned in that link, so couldn't get my answer. I didn't look further as I am just going to use String properties formatted in a certain way to get map semantics.

      Thanks,
      Chandana

You may use PropertyOverrideConfigurer for that.
