  • Spring and session replication in a cluster

    Hi,

I have setup a cluster with 2 tomcats.
    The session replication is activated.

Now, i have some exceptions because my objects
    doesnot implement Serializable.

What i don't understand is that the "NotSerializableException"
exceptions are on my ServiceImpl, Dao objects...

These instances are managed in the spring context, not in
the user session. Why does it try to replicate it over cluster ?

    Thanks to help.

You probably have some objects in the Session which depend on some service/dao. It is then also tried to serialize those.

      Found !!!

A list is initialized with a comparator.
The comparator was a inner class of a service.
So the all service class was serialized.

I externalized the comparator ( not anymore an inner
class ) and it was ok.
