  • ContextLoaderServlet failure in Weblogic 6.1

    Hi everyone:

I am trying to set up the Spring Framework for a web application. I am using WebLogic 6.1 (JDK1.3.1) as servlet container. I have tried to use the
ContextLoaderServlet but whenever I try to load the application or simply trying to load a bean from the context I get the following error:

    <9/12/2004 02:45:11 PM PST> <Error> <HTTP> <[WebAppServletContext(-14787300,acro
    net,/acronet)] Servlet failed with Exception

I am setting red the specific portion of the stacktrace related to Spring.

    What could possibly be happening?

    Thanks in advance,

This is probably caused by multiple Spring jar versions lying around in your classpath. Please double-check that all your Spring jars in the classpath are from the same Spring distribution.

      I used only 1.1.3

      Hello:

I think many Spring framework versions around my classpath it's a quite impossible reason for this strange behavior to be happening, since the only distribution I downloaded (I am a Spring newbie) was 1.1.3.

      Thanks for your attention...
