If I understand your question correctly, you want to pass the HttpSession object on to a bean managed by a Spring application context?

Could you provide a bit more info about the things you want to do with this? E.g. for a Spring controller it is easy: it has access to the request, and thus the session, and it is managed as a bean in the application context.

      thanks for your help:
I'm using the Appfuse like base template to generate my own application with struts-Spring-Hibernate.
I need in the service layer, for every class, know the user from HttpSession that has request to do an action this is becouse I need to use some data from the user object to chek roles and permissions. In the same way I need to pass to the service layer the buttom value press from the html form.

Do you have Some sample than may be usefull.
