  • XML Schema and Spring 2.0

Since 2.0 Spring supports XML Schema.

Will it possible to define own XML Schema and map it to standart Spring configuration without coding or with simple coding? Is there some documentation or samples available?

XML schemas and handlers are pluggable - you can take a look at the CVS branch and see the files defined in META-INF (i.e. spring.handlers and spring.schemas) and read the NamespaceHandler (and subclasses) javadoc. I found them to be enough for creating my own schemas; the official release will probably contain details about them inside the Reference Documentation.
In short, the answer is yes - you can defined your in-house schema definitions and use them with Spring. Btw, for more documentation you can take a look at official springframework site - this feature has been presented at various java conferences and AFAIK, most of the slides are available for downloading.
