Here I have a scenario. I have one webservice deployed in 2 indentical linux box in a load balanced env [say L1 and L2 two unix box]. From my client code which is in spring cannot call the service with a common load balanced URL [That's my business req restriction - no technical issue]. So, I have to call L1 box webservcie first with L1 end point URL - if that fails then call L2 as a failover. Now in my client spring config xml I have 2 entries for L1 and L2 webservice end point URLs. The problem is if my L2 server is down, then I cannot successfully deploy my client EAR though L1 webservice is up. Spring xml on load always checks 2 end points, if any one fails, throws exception. Is there any wayout? Thnx.
