  • specifying mime type when using WebApplicationInitializer to replace web.xml?

    All,

I am moving to a java config based approach in an effort to leverage spring boot. Everything from my web.xml file has been easily transferable to java config with the exception of mime type mappings. Anyone know how this is supposed to be done using java config?

    Here is an example:

    Code:
     <mime-mapping> <extension>xsd</extension> <mime-type>text/xml</mime-type> </mime-mapping>

I am stumped. Perhaps this is a gap in JavaConfig?

We are currently in the process of moving to stackoverflow.com for our forums. If you're still having this issue please consider asking it again at http://stackoverflow.com using the #spring-boot tag. If you do post it there, please reply here with the link. Thanks!
