  • JPA with multiple datasources

I'm trying to use spring boot with JPA and spring batch as an ETL between two datasources. Autoconfigure works great with one datasource, but how is it possible to configure a second one and also how to specify which CrudRepository should use which datasource ? I'm pretty new to spring-jpa and spring-batch so maybe the answer is obvious.

I guess I should exclude some autoconfigure classes to disable datasource generation, but maybe it's also possible to define all the right beans so the autoconfigure will not try to configure any other beans.

    Which option is best ?
