  • Spring Batch and JSR352

    Hi,

Java EE 7 is close to release.

As far I know, there are the new JSR352 concerning standard Java EE approach.

I'm using spring batch for a while but I loooking in that direction, because I think standards are the better way.

Concepts between JSR352 and Spring Batch are very close and I was surprised that is an IBM idea and not a spring/vmware one !

Is there any projet to integrate the JSR352 into Spring Batch ?

    Regards

Spring Batch 3.0 will be compliant with JSR-352. We have already begun working on the implementation internally and will begin to get things out in milestones once 2.2 has gone GA. You can follow it's progress of the spec's implementation in Jira here: https://jira.springsource.org/issues...0%3D%20JSR-352
