  • ChainedTransactionManager with JPA and Neo4j. CompositeProcessor and CompositeWriter?

    Hi All,

I have a batch process that is working OK but my implementation isn't quite right. I have tried a couple of times to correct this but it always ends in a cludge. I was wondering if I could have some pointers for a better implementation please.

I have a ChainedTransactionManager over JpaTransactionManager and JtaTransactionManager(Neo4j)

I am reading in JPA using JpaPagingItemReader
I have one processor that emits Neo4j obects
I have one writer that batch stores the neo4j obects

The only issue is that I need to adjust and store changes to the initial JPA. My cludge is that I reload the JPA object in the writer then save the changes there.

It seems that a composite writer is needed but then I cant see how to pass the correct objects to the correct writer using composite a processor or otherwise.

    Regards

    Mark
