  • How do I control ordering (precedence) of AspectJ caching?

    Hi all,

    I have an application which uses @Cacheable annotations through AspectJ caching.

    I.e.
    <cache:annotation-driven mode="aspectj"/>

    I also have some AspectJ AOP running (authorization checks) through an "@Around" annotated aspect with a related pointcut.

    How do I control the execution ordering of these two aspects. I want to execute the authorization checks around the caching, but it seems the caching is performed with the higher precedence (i.e. first "on the way in" and last "on the way out").

    Best regards,
    Morten

    As you do with other advices as well by specifying the order property...
