  • GC instances of org.as3commons.reflect.* objects

There are so many instances of org.as3commons.reflect.* objects when I profile my project in FlexBuilder3.

Is it possible to GC them automaticlly after the application started?

    Thanks.

    reflection cache

Those are cached instances of all the Type class that as3commons-reflect creates.
The cache is needed to have a fast lookup of reflection data, at the cost of extra memory I suppose.
Maybe more intricate caching mechanisms can be thought up for this, but I suggest you take this up at the as3commons google code page:

    http://code.google.com/p/as3-commons/issues/list

Since this is more of an as3commons-reflect issue than it is a Spring Actionscript one.

    cheers,

    Roland
