  • SessionFactory ease of use

    Hi,
We have an application where the number of classes have proliferated, around 300 of them. We have used annotations for all of them for persistence mappings, however I find, the bean declaration of "sessionFactory" with all the 300 classes as "annotatedClasses" annoying.

Is there some way, where I can go and say, scan this package look for @Entity and add all of them to this SessionFactory

I was thinking in the lines of a CustomAnnotationFactory where it will manually scan all source folders for classes tagged with @Entity but I would presume that Spring must have better ways of doing this.

Can some one let me know if this is possible ? I am on spring 2.0.1
