  • coupling spring/swing and hibernate

    hi all,
    i have a technical question:

i want to develope a multi-user swing application using spring framework, and for the persistence layer i want to use hibernate as it is well integrated in spring. But googling for some time i found that it's not an excellent idea to use hibernate with swing. Can avoid using it and use only spring or there's an alternative for this?

    thanks

Unfortunately I don't have an answer for you, but I would be interested in the links where you found opinions about not using Hibernate with Swing. Would you post those?

    Thanks,

Usage of Swing and Hibernate are completely unrelated. It seems that googling has brought you nothing more as usual portion of FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt). Just go ahead.
