I'm using the org.springmodules.cache.provider.ehcache.EhCacheFa cade to store such things like session data.
To get a better handling and find problems in the usage, I'm searching for monitoring possibility of the cache. Unfortunately, it seems that there exists no API for statistics. As it is possible that session can be deleted automatically, there is no way to track how much memory is used, how many sessions are open and so on...
I already searched the forum for keywords like cache, statistic, monitor, tweak... no results yet.

Maybe some of you found already a solution for it?
