Spring Modules forum decommissioned in favor of Spring Extensions

As the Spring Modules project has been replaced by the Spring Extensions (http://www.springsource.org/extensions) project, this forum has been decommissioned in favour of Spring Extensions one at:
http://forum.springsource.org/forumdisplay.php?f=44

Please see the Spring Extensions home page for a complete list of current projects in Java, .NET and ActionScript. You can also propose one if you want.

  • How to pass credentials to the JcrSessionFactory?

What would be the best approach to pass credentials entered by the user to the JcrSessionFactory? The examples show only how to configure them in a very static way. The case is a simple web application with a OpenSessionInViewFilter configured. The HTTP requests are handled by the servlet that uses WebApplicationContextUtils to get the JCR related beans.
I wonder what would be the best way to handle invalid credentials exception.
    Any help will be appreciated!
